- Stock Availability : We do not advertise products on this website unless they are in stock at one of our branches. We display the available quantity on the site for your convenience.
- Delivery Costs : The cost of delivery within South Africa is R130 to any town or city. We offer free shipping for any orders over the value of R2500.
- Where your order shipped from : We dispatch your order from any one of 3 locations in South Africa. Orders will be dispatched from our either one of our three warehouses. (Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban)
- Which courier do we use : We ship all our orders with The Courier Guy. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a waybill tracking number. You can track your order using this tracking website : https://thecourierguy.pperfect.com/
- When will you recieve your order : It will typically take 2-7 business days for orders to be delivered to you. If you place your order before 3pm during weekdays, we will dispatch your order on the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the following work day. Orders placed for collection may be collected after 24 hours or less.
- Where do we deliver : We deliver to all major centres and outlying areas in South Africa. We only may not be able to deliver to you are at a location here couriers do not deliver, such as a farm, small holding, informal settlement or other remote area.
EXPORT
We currently do not ship ONLINE orders to customers outside of the borders of South Africa. It is preferable to contact us via email if you wish to buy any products displayed on this website. Please note that our standard returns policy does not apply for export orders.
